Equip your 2011–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 6.7L Powerstroke with extreme fueling capability using the FASS Titanium Signature Series No-Drop 220GPH Fuel System & Sump Kit. Designed for super extreme performance applications, this complete system delivers the volume, pressure, and filtration required to support aggressive tuning and high-horsepower fuel system upgrades in the 900–1200 HP range.

Rated at 220 gallons per hour and operating at high pressure, this Titanium Signature Series system provides consistent, air-free fuel delivery while protecting critical injection components. Advanced filtration includes a fine micron fuel filter, integrated water separation, and FASS’s patented air and vapor removal process to help extend injector and injection system life.

This no-drop kit includes the FASS BHF-1005 bulkhead and suction tube assembly, precision machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. The bulkhead mounts directly to the factory fuel tank module, allowing fuel to be drawn from and returned to the tank without removing it. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be trimmed to match varying tank depths, effectively eliminating common 1/4-tank and 1/8-tank fuel starvation issues.

Noise reduction and efficiency are enhanced through FASS Whisper Technology and advanced Performance Radius Cuts, which improve fuel flow while preventing air reintroduction. Mass Flow Return technology continuously polishes fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning unused, filtered fuel back to the tank. Bolt-on mounting brackets utilize factory bed bolts for a fast, drill-free installation, while the included fuel sump provides a stable fuel reservoir during demanding driving conditions.
