FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System

Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the Titanium Signature Series offers advanced filtration to protect your diesel fuel injection system and extend the life of your injection pump and injectors. Benefits include a 3-micron filtration rating, built-in water separation filter, and FASS patented air/vapor removal process. Suitable for moderate to extreme engines (600HP–900HP).

Installation is simple and affordable with FASS No-Drop Kits, which include the fuel sump to eliminate the need for removing your fuel tank. Kits are complete, providing everything needed for a straightforward installation.

Titanium Signature Series Features

  • Whisper Technology: Reduces pump noise, improves pump life and flow rate, and enhances overall performance.
  • FASS Silencing Technology (FST): Uses radius cuts, tighter tolerances, and military spec coating to create the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.
  • Performance Radius Cuts (PRC): Smooths fuel flow, prevents air/vapor reintroduction, and eliminates stagnant pockets in 90° bends. Exclusive to FASS pumps.
  • Mass Flow Return (MFR): Keeps fuel constantly moving and cleaned by returning unused fuel to the tank after filtration, ensuring fresh and clean fuel at all times.
  • Bolt-On Bracket Mounts: No drilling or welding required. Uses factory bed bolts for fast, secure installation. Brackets are machined steel for durability.
  • Fuel Tank Sump: Single-bolt design provides fuel from the bottom of the tank, maximizing fuel range and reliability. Includes dedicated suction and return ports for easy hookup.
