FASS HK-1002 High Output Heater Disk

The FASS HK-1002 High Output Heater Disk is designed to add cold-weather protection to FASS Titanium and Titanium Signature Series fuel systems. This heater helps prevent diesel fuel gelling by warming fuel as it enters the FASS system during low-temperature operation.

Equipped with thermostatic control, the 300-watt heater disk automatically activates when fuel temperature drops below 34°F. As fuel flows through the system, the heater warms the fuel before it reaches the filters, reducing the risk of restriction or gelling. Heated fuel is continuously returned to the tank as part of normal system operation, helping raise overall fuel temperature throughout the system.

Once the fuel reaches optimal operating temperature, the thermostatic switch automatically shuts the heater off, ensuring safe operation without the risk of overheating. This makes the heater disk a reliable, set-it-and-forget-it upgrade for trucks operating in cold climates.
