S&S Diesel Motorsport® Injector Upgrades

Upgrade Benefits:

• SAC nozzles available for all sizes (except TorqueMaster)
• Proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes
• Nozzles flow-matched to within 1% variance per set using OE standards
• Tested to Viscor SAE-J967 at 40°C and 100 bar
• Injectors flow-matched to within 3% variance per set
• Tested to Viscor SAE-J967 at 40°C with 4 different pressure/energizing points per injector
• Injection profiles (rate shape) aligned across all injectors
• Injector build spec custom-matched to nozzle flow rate for each size
• 250% (3700 cc/min) and larger sizes feature internal body modifications
• Increased nozzle flow slows injector open/close time for improved fueling
• Internal body mods improve injection rate shape for smoother operation

Options:

• Available in brand-new or Bosch remanufactured injector bodies
• Only Bosch-sourced reman bodies used (different from Bosch-certified remans)
• Sizing convention based on % increase in nozzle flow over stock
• Available sizes: TorqueMaster, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 250%, 300%, 350%, 400%, 450%, 500%

Core Return Policy:

A core return is required on all injector purchases. A $150 charge per injector will apply if no core is returned. 

Return Policy: 

All returns (not core returns) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received in new and unused condition.
