DogBone Head Studs are engineered to deliver uncompromising strength and reliability for your L5P Duramax. Rated at 220,000 PSI tensile strength, our in-house testing consistently shows results averaging 228,000 PSI, exceeding even our own high standards.

Each stud features rolled threads after heat treatment, resulting in superior thread quality, reduced fatigue, and long-term durability under extreme conditions. For ease of installation and precise alignment, every stud includes a broached Allen head for accurate height setup.

Built from 8740 chromoly steel and finished in black oxide for corrosion resistance, these head studs are the ideal upgrade for performance builds, towing applications, or high-boost engines demanding maximum clamping force and reliability.
