DogBone Head Studs are engineered to exceed OEM strength and deliver uncompromising durability for high-performance diesel applications. Rated at 220,000 PSI tensile strength, our in-house testing revealed an average tensile strength of 228,000 PSI, ensuring superior clamping force and long-term reliability under extreme boost and load conditions.

Each stud is thread-rolled after heat treatment, providing a smoother, stronger thread that resists fatigue and ensures optimal performance over time. Every stud also features a broached Allen head for precise and easy installation, guaranteeing accurate height setup and consistent torque.

Constructed from 8740 chromoly steel and finished with a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance, DogBone Head Studs are the ideal upgrade for towing, competition builds, or stock engines needing dependable strength and stability.
