Rated at 220,000 PSI tensile strength, our in-house testing consistently measured an average of 228,000 PSI, ensuring superior clamping force and long-term reliability under extreme boost and load conditions.

Each stud is thread-rolled after heat treatment, which results in stronger, smoother threads and greatly improves fatigue resistance. Every stud also features a broached Allen head for precise and effortless installation.

Manufactured from 8740 chromoly steel and finished with a black oxide coating to resist corrosion, DogBone Head Studs provide a premium upgrade over factory bolts—perfect for high-horsepower builds, towing setups, or everyday dependability.
