DogBone Head Studs are built to handle serious performance. Rated at 220,000 PSI tensile strength, our in-house testing has shown an average strength of 228,000 PSI, exceeding expectations and delivering unmatched reliability under extreme boost and load conditions.

Each stud is thread-rolled after heat treatment, producing a smoother, stronger thread that significantly improves fatigue resistance. Installation is made easy and precise with broached Allen heads for accurate height setup.

Constructed from 8740 chromoly steel and finished in black oxide, these studs are engineered to perform under pressure—whether you’re daily driving, towing heavy, or pushing high horsepower.

• LB7: 2001 – Early 2004 (8th VIN Digit = 1)
• LLY: Late 2004 – 2005 (8th VIN Digit = 2)
• LBZ: 2006 – Early 2007 (8th VIN Digit = D)
