Governor springs will provide full fueling 4500+ RPM depending on the preload applied during install and the specific pump the springs are being installed in. Installation of these governor springs will most likely result in a lopey or chopey idle.

Highly recommend springs be installed by a qualified pump shop who has installed competition governor springs in the past. Heavy duty valve springs and modified fuel supply mandatory.
