Upgrade or replace the factory turbocharger on your GM 6.6L Duramax LLY, LBZ, or LMM with the Calibrated Power Stealth STR Turbocharger. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, the Stealth STR combines stock-like spool characteristics with increased airflow, improved temperature control, and additional horsepower capability for street and towing applications.

The Stealth STR features a custom 61mm 7-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel capable of approximately 67 lb/min of airflow compared to approximately 59 lb/min from the stock compressor. Its lightweight billet construction and broad efficiency range help provide quick throttle response while reducing the potential for compressor surge during towing and low-RPM operation.

On the exhaust side, a custom 10-blade high-flow turbine wheel uses thicker, more heat-resistant blades to improve durability and exhaust flow. The turbine design helps reduce drive pressure under heavy loads and provides improved EGT control compared to the factory turbocharger while producing the distinctive exhaust note associated with a 10-blade turbine.

Upgraded 11mm turbine vanes are optimized for improved boost-to-drive-pressure ratios while retaining factory exhaust brake functionality and responsive vane operation. A 360-degree thrust bearing provides additional durability for demanding applications.

The Stealth STR is designed as a direct replacement using brand-new components throughout. No core charge is required, and the turbocharger is designed to install without custom fabrication or calibration changes.
