Reinforce the bottom end of your Cummins engine with the Beans Diesel 210311 Billet Aluminum Gridlock Girdle Kit. Engineered for high-performance applications, this lightweight yet incredibly strong girdle ties the main caps and engine block together to reduce cap walk, prevent cap deflection, and improve bottom-end rigidity under extreme cylinder pressures.

Precision-machined from billet aluminum, the Gridlock Girdle eliminates many of the common issues found with competing designs, including poor hardware fitment and oil pan interference. Steel locating dowels lock the main caps into position, while preload set screws add additional support to minimize cap movement during high-horsepower operation.

The thick billet aluminum construction delivers exceptional strength while remaining significantly lighter than comparable steel girdles. Pressed-in steel inserts prevent compression around the main studs, and an integrated O-ring provides a reliable seal against the engine block.

• This girdle requires custom-length main studs and is not compatible with standard off-the-shelf ARP Cummins main stud kits. Main studs are sold separately.
