Increase the strength and durability of your engine's bottom end with the Beans Diesel 210300 Billet Aluminum Gridlock Girdle Kit. Engineered for high-performance and high-horsepower Cummins builds, this complete kit reinforces the main caps and engine block to help prevent main cap walk, cap deflection, and block distortion under extreme cylinder pressures.

Precision-machined from billet aluminum, the Gridlock Girdle is designed for a straightforward, no-modification installation. Unlike many competing girdles, it requires no spacers, oil pan clearancing, or custom hardware. Integrated steel dowel pins lock the main caps in place, while preload set screws provide additional support to help eliminate cap movement under heavy loads.

The thick billet aluminum construction provides exceptional rigidity while remaining significantly lighter than comparable steel girdles. Pressed-in steel inserts prevent compression around the main studs, and the integrated O-ring sealing surface ensures excellent oil control. This kit also includes custom-length ARP main studs specifically engineered for use with the Beans Gridlock Girdle.
