Designed for 2015–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke pickups and 2017–2019 cab & chassis applications, this manifold addresses one of the most common failure points on the 6.7L platform.

Constructed from high-silicon ductile cast iron with a heavy-duty 0.275-inch thick wall design, this manifold is approximately 75% thicker than the factory unit. The added material strength helps resist cracking, retain heat, and prevent warping under extreme exhaust temperatures. Reinforced, machined mounting flanges further improve sealing and long-term durability.

Thermal performance is enhanced through the use of longer exhaust studs and thick spacers that better manage expansion during heat cycles. The manifold features gasket-matched exhaust ports for improved flow and is fully compatible with factory EGR components. Finished with a high-temperature POR-15 black coating, this kit includes all necessary gaskets, studs, spacers, and an M8 stud installation tool for a complete passenger-side replacement.
