Engineered as a heavy-duty upgrade, this manifold is designed to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures that often lead to cracking and warping in OEM components.

The manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron using a robust 0.275-inch thick wall design, making it approximately 75% thicker than the factory unit. This increased material thickness improves heat retention, resists deformation, and enhances long-term durability. Reinforced, machined mounting flanges further strengthen the sealing surface for dependable performance.

Thermal durability is improved through the use of longer exhaust studs and thick spacers that better manage expansion during heat cycles. Gasket-matched exhaust ports help maintain smooth exhaust flow, and the manifold is fully compatible with factory EGR systems. Finished with a high-temperature POR-15 black coating, this kit includes the left (driver side) manifold, studs, spacers, and required gaskets for a complete installation.
