Upgrade your factory VGT turbo with the BD 64.5mm SX-E Single Turbo Kit for increased horsepower, improved reliability, and lower exhaust gas temperatures. This complete bolt-on system replaces the factory Holset turbo with a high-flow BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger, providing greater airflow, reduced drive pressure, and excellent street and towing performance.

Featuring a 64.5mm Forged Milled Wheel (FMW) compressor paired with an 80mm turbine wheel and a high-flow T4 turbine housing, this turbo is capable of supporting approximately 600 horsepower while maintaining responsive spool-up. The included BD Performance Plus T4 exhaust manifold retains factory EGR ports, allowing emissions equipment to remain in place where applicable.

Designed with a durable 360-degree thrust bearing and lightweight forged compressor wheel, the SX-E turbo delivers increased efficiency, improved durability, and reliable performance for daily driving, towing, and high-performance applications.
