Banks Power Sterling 10.25 & 10.5 Rear Ram-Air Differential Cover

Upgrade the rear end on your Ford Super Duty with the Banks Power Ram-Air Differential Cover (19252) for Sterling 10.25"; and 10.5"; 12-bolt axles. This cover is engineered to improve cooling and fluid control compared to a stock-style cover, helping reduce heat-related wear and extend service intervals.

Built from die-cast A380 aircraft-grade aluminum, the cover combines strength with excellent heat dissipation. Internal and external cooling fins work with the integrated Ram-Air system and breakaway scoop design to maximize airflow and pull heat away from the gear oil. A precision-machined mounting surface and dry-mount, high-pressure silicone O-ring seal provide a clean, leak-resistant install—no messy RTV required.

Serviceability is built in, too. Magnetic fill and drain plugs help capture metallic debris, while the integrated sight glass with contrast screen lets you quickly check fluid level and oil condition without removing the cover. The kit includes 304 stainless steel, hex-flanged mounting hardware and is designed to maintain ground clearance while clearing common rear-end components.
