BANKS POWER BOOST TUBE UPGRADE KIT 25998 | 2010-2012 6.7L Cummins

Upgrade the restrictive factory intercooler piping on your 2010–2012 Ram 6.7L Cummins with the Banks Power 25998 Boost Tube Upgrade Kit. Designed to increase airflow, improve boost retention, and support quicker turbocharger response, this kit replaces the factory 2.75-inch hot-side tube and 3-inch cold-side tube with high-flow 3.5-inch tubing.

The Banks boost tubes are constructed from durable aluminized steel and mandrel bent to maintain a consistent 3.5-inch diameter throughout the system. Compared to the factory piping, the larger design provides up to 65% more flow area on the hot side and 37% more flow area on the cold side, reducing restrictions between the turbocharger, intercooler, and intake.

Heavy-duty 4- and 5-ply high-temperature silicone couplers and spring-loaded constant-tension clamps provide a secure connection under elevated boost pressure. The tubes feature a durable red powder-coated finish, with the coating stopping short of the connection points to provide improved grip for the silicone couplers.

The kit is compatible with the factory intake elbow or Banks 3.5-inch and 4-inch Monster-Ram intake systems. It can also be used with the factory intercooler or aftermarket intercoolers that retain the stock inlet and outlet size and location.

Fitment Note: The hot-side tube will not fit with older Gale Banks Engineering (GBE) airboxes manufactured prior to Revision E. The vehicle must use the OEM airbox or a Revision E GBE airbox. GBE airboxes manufactured prior to Revision E do not have a revision label; if your GBE airbox does not have a revision label, this boost tube kit will not fit.
