Improve airflow, reduce exhaust gas temperatures, and accelerate turbocharger response with the Banks Power 25990 Boost Tube System. Designed as a complete hot and cold side charge pipe upgrade, this system replaces the restrictive factory boost tubes with oversized 3.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for increased airflow and improved boost pressure retention.

Offering up to 40% greater flow area than the factory system, the constant-diameter tubing minimizes airflow restriction between the turbocharger, intercooler, and intake manifold. The result is quicker turbo spool-up, increased charge air density, improved horsepower, and lower EGTs. Heavy-duty 4- and 5-ply silicone couplers paired with spring-loaded constant tension clamps provide a secure, leak-resistant seal under high boost conditions, while the powder-coated tubing leaves the connection points uncoated for maximum clamp retention.

Compatible with the factory intake elbow or Banks Monster-Ram intake manifold, this system works with the factory intercooler or aftermarket intercoolers that retain OEM inlet and outlet locations.
