S&S Upgrades:

S&S injectors are engineered with advanced processes to ensure precision and reliability. A proprietary nozzle honing process produces clean, consistent holes. Nozzles are flow-matched to within 1% variance per set using OE standards (Viscor SAE-J967 at 40°C, 100 bar). Injectors are flow-matched to within 3% variance per set (except TorqueMaster) and tested at four different pressure and energizing points per injector. Injection profiles (rate shape) are aligned, and each injector build specification is custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for its size, including internal modifications such as piezo adjustments.

Options:

Nozzle sizing follows the industry convention of percentage increase in flow over stock. Available sizes: TorqueMaster, 50%, 100%, 150%, and 200%.
