S&S Upgrades:

Each S&S injector set is engineered with precision processes to deliver reliable and consistent performance. A proprietary nozzle honing process ensures clean, consistent holes, while nozzles are flow-matched to a 1% variance per set, using OE standards (Viscor SAE-J967 at 40°C, 100 bar). Injectors are flow-matched to within 3% variance per set (except TorqueMaster models) and tested across four different pressure and energizing points per injector. Injection profiles (rate shape) are carefully aligned, and injector build specifications are custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each size, including internal modifications such as piezo adjustments.

Options:

The industry standard for nozzle sizing is based on percentage increases in flow over stock. Available sizes include: TorqueMaster, 30%, 45%, 60%, 80%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 250%, and 300%.

Core Policy: Core returns are required. A $150 charge applies if no core is returned after 30 days.

Return Policy: All returns (not core returns) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received in new and unused condition.
