HSP 582 Intercooler Charge Pipe Bundle – LML Duramax 2011-2016

Upgrade the airflow and reliability of your LML Duramax with the HSP 582 Intercooler Charge Pipe Bundle. Designed for 2011-2016 Chevy and GMC 6.6L LML trucks, this complete bundle replaces the weak OEM components that limit performance and throttle response, while delivering a durable, high-flow solution engineered by HSP Diesel.

Hot Side Tube

The factory hot side pipe is a two-piece design prone to failure. HSP’s single-piece, 3" mandrel-bent aluminum pipe with reinforced silicone boots eliminates common weak points and boosts airflow by up to 40% for improved turbo efficiency.

Cold Side Tube

Even the factory cold side pipe can restrict flow. HSP’s 3" mandrel-bent upgrade reduces turbulence and optimizes charge air delivery, especially when paired with the Max Flow Bridge and VGT Mouthpiece included in this bundle.

Max Flow Bridge

This CNC-machined two-piece bridge features an O-ring sealed center, virtually eliminating boost leaks while ensuring seamless airflow through the cold side system.

VGT Intake Mouthpiece

Hand-fabricated with optimized bends and transitions, the VGT mouthpiece improves compressor efficiency, reduces turbulence, and maximizes turbo response.
