The Tier One Stage 2 68RFE Transmission is a fully built transmission designed for aggressive tuning, turbo upgrades, heavy towing, sled pulls, and drag strip use. It can handle up to 750 horsepower from Cummins tuning, upgraded turbos, larger injectors, and other bolt-on modifications. This drop-in transmission for 2007.5-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins trucks includes a billet triple-disc torque converter, billet input shaft, billet input clutch drum, billet 4C retainer, billet 2C piston, billet high-pressure valve body, deep transmission pan, and a performance rebuild kit.
The Stage 2 68RFE fixes common transmission issues while allowing the truck to handle serious power for aggressive towing, off-roading, or racing applications. Valve bodies are leak-checked and dyno-tested before installation, and the transmission comes with a black finish for a clean look. Each transmission is backed by a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
During assembly, all components are disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. High-strength billet components are used throughout including the torque converter, Sonnax 300M billet input shaft, billet steel input clutch drum, billet 4C spring retainer, billet 2C piston, and the Tier One Billet High Pressure Valve Body with deep worm tracks and a bonded separator plate. A high-performance rebuild kit with 14 overdrive clutches, 4 2C clutches, and 4 4C clutches is included along with a new OEM solenoid pack and line sensor. The transmission is topped off with new seals and gaskets and air-checked for leaks before shipping.

Flex Plate is strongly recommended for trucks pushing beyond 600 crankshaft horsepower. Recommended gearing: 35" tires 4.10+, 37" tires 4.30+, 38"+ tires 4.56+. Transmission requires a 300-mile break-in and 100-mile relearn to maintain warranty. Core charge applies. Freight shipping is required; inspect upon delivery.
